Hello lovelies!

Chelle Ramsey has tagged me in an awesome blog hop and I'm so excited to be participating in it! I will also be introducing another author at end so make sure you check it out

1. What am I working on/writing?
I'm currently in the process of edits on my latest novel, Just One Kiss. It is my fifth novel and second in the McAllister Family Series. Hopefully by the time this blog comes out I will be finished! Lol
I've put my current work in progress on the shelf. It is the eighth novel and fifth in the McAllister Family Series.

2. How does my work/writing differ from others in its genre?

I really hope that my readers can feel all of the emotions I try to convey through my characters in my books. My goal is to make the readers feel a mix of emotions right along with the characters in the story. I want the characters to seem like people the readers can relate to in real life.

3. Why do I Write What I Do?
I've always found it difficult to express myself or relay how I'm feeling about something vocally (I hated public speaking in school). Writing has always been my voice. It's my way of escape, its purging. It's cathartic. I don't know what I would do if I didn't write down all of the ideas running around inside my head.
I believe that it was inevitable that I end up writing romance. I have always been a hopeless romantic. I've always loved to write. When I began to read romance novels in my late teenage years, at the time I don't think I knew I would end up writing it, but I loved the world's that I found myself engrossed in those books. I started writing at a young age and I always knew I would be a writer in some form, but over the years my passion for both writing and reading romance eventually seamlessly merged into one passion.
I am absolutely in love with how I am able to create whole new worlds, with people that readers connect with and feel as if this person is someone they actually know.

4. How does my writing process work?
The process for each story is different. I look at everything around me in life as inspiration, so an idea can hit me any where at anytime. For example, with Dream Lover I had an idea of what would it be like to have best friends evolve into lovers. I generally just take notes when thought come to mind. My thoughts don't always come in order. Sometimes I will write full scenes and have no idea how or where that scene will end up. Eventually all of my ideas kind of just come together into a full story. After I'm finished I usually don't touch it for awhile. My latest book Just One Kiss was actually written nearly two years ago and now I'm finally dusting it off and preparing it for my readers.

Sot that is it! And now I would like to introduce my friend and fellow author LaQuette!

A native of Brooklyn, New York, LaQuette spends her time catering to her three distinct personalities: Wife, Mother, and Healthcare Provider. Writing: her escape from the everyday, has always been a friend and comforter. She loves writing and devouring romance novels. Although she possesses a Masters degree in English Lit, she'd forego Shakespeare any day to read something hot, lusty, and romantic.
